Started in 2013 as a food truck Slow Hand Bakehouse is a culmination of 10 years worth of growth and development. Owned and operated by the husband and wife team behind East Nashville’s popular Pelican & Pig, Bakehouse is a showcase of Pastry Chef Audra Guidry’s creative mind. Although classically trained in French pastry, Audra considers herself a classic American baker with creative twists and plays on nostalgic American desserts.
